We use Copernics packs to direct fixtures in the house to track performers and light them up. Definitely it’s a great improvement from the traditional followspots and saving the manpower for us. However, there were frequent issues arose with the tracker lights that we cannot diagnose. For example, each one of the tracker lights for two characters swung severely 30 minutes after the show began and missed their targets for the rest of the show, while the remaining tracker lights stayed shining on the two characters stably ( we got two fixtures tracking each of the two characters). Our operators reported all the packs were marked green on the Albion monitor during the show. And technicians found the two packs and the four fixtures tracking these two packs were all in good form after the show. The Art-Net fell offline 40 minutes before the show but resumed connection after grandMA 2 console rebooted. Could you help us diagnose the problem with these limited clues.
