PosiStageNet Go Library

I whipped up a pure Go PosiStageNet library for learning purposes. I have tested the implementation against the examples in the psn-cpp repo as well as grandMA3 onPC. I’ve also included Go ports of the the client/server examples from the psn-cpp repo. I till have some cleanup/documenting I’d like to do but for the most part it should be complete with the 2.03 PSN spec PDF.

Thanks a lot for your contribution. I will talk with the team about adding it to the “Contributions” section of the website alongside your NodeJS implementation.

I’m not very familiar with Go, but I saw that the import statements reference GitHub directly instead of the relative path. Is there any way to make it more self contained? I’m just not sure if this could create issues for someone that would like to integrate it in their software and not depend on external sources.

That would be a Go-ism, simply tells Go where to get a package from if it doesn’t have it locally. You will see that format in any 3rd party Go library.

That makes sense. I just checked some other packages and they indeed use the same structure. Thanks for the clarification.
